Terms of Service

Welcome to Rise & Play Inc. By enrolling in or using our programs, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Rise & Play Inc. ("Rise & Play", "we", "us", or "our") operates youth enrichment and development programs described herein. Our services are non-medical, non-therapeutic, recreational and educational. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

We provide after-school enrichment, structured play, movement-based activities, confidence-building workshops, social-emotional skill development, and community events. Programs are intended for children and youth; participants must meet the age ranges specified for each program. All activities are designed to be safe, developmentally appropriate, and supervised by qualified staff.

Registration is required for participation. Fees, schedules, and payment terms are provided at registration and may be updated from time to time. Payments are due as specified at registration. Refunds and credits are subject to our refund policy, which will be provided at sign-up or on our website. We may charge late fees for overdue balances.

Participants must follow staff directions and code of conduct. Rise & Play conducts safety measures appropriate to activities; however, we are not medical or therapeutic providers. Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate medical and emergency contact information. In the event of illness or injury, staff will follow established safety protocols and contact guardians as needed.

All materials, curricula, logos, and branding provided by Rise & Play are protected by intellectual property laws. Participants and guardians may use materials only for personal, non-commercial use related to Rise & Play programs. No distribution, modification, or resale of materials is allowed without express written consent.

We collect personal data to administer programs, communicate with families, and improve services. See the separate Privacy Policy for details on data collection, use, sharing, and rights. By participating, you acknowledge our data practices and consent to use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rise & Play and its staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs. Our liability is limited to the greater of the amount paid for the relevant program or the minimum legal limit, where applicable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiations, or, if necessary, through binding arbitration in San Diego, California.
